homemade applesauce

audrey and i made homemade applesauce. i became tired of having to buy it at the store and the recipe i found looked super easy.it turned out ok and audrey ate it well but next time i will make a few changes. like adding some brown sugar and removing the peels. (the recipe did say to do this but i of course missed it because i was doing 3 other things at the time. audrey reprimanded me for this and said i need to stop rushing through things and reading the whole sentence like they said on electric company. thanks electric company!)
